Kumar Kilambi
Kumar is a recent college undergrad from San Diego State University. He studied management and was accepted into the Lavin Entrepreneurship and Honors College programs. Kumar currently works at a startup studio in San Diego, Launch Factory, where he helps create companies and identify founders to run them. Before that, he had roles as a Target management intern, EVP at Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity, and Residential Advisor, all while exploring different business ideas and the world of entrepreneurship along the way.
Kumar joined Founders Live as the City Leader because he wants to be a part of something huge. He sees the opportunities that exist here in terms of what Founders Live can do for the city of San Diego. “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” “You are who you surround yourself with.” If you know Kumar, you have probably heard him say one or both of those quotes. Founders Live provides the opportunity to surround yourself with amazing people and with that, you will go far.

Miguel de Jesus
Miguel is a highly accomplished, results-oriented C-level leader with more than 35+ years experience leading business management, global sales/marketing, with two Fortune 500 companies. A Leader in running a $200M Sales organization as a VP, Sales, and most currently providing Leadership and Sales Training to professionals as a Transformational Leadership Consultant and Coach. As a Keynote speaker, and Transformational change agent, Miguel brings his insights, and wisdom to public and corporate audiences. He is a Certified Trainer with the TalentSmart organization in La Jolla, CA and trains on the subject of Emotional Intelligence and Leadership. Miguel is Director, Business Development for the College of Business, and is responsible for working with the business community in supporting sponsorship and professional growth and development. He serves as faculty of Cal State University, San Marcos, College of Business Administration and teaches Marketing, Sales and Sales Management and International Marketing and Sales. He also serves as volunteer faculty for The Honor Foundation (www.honor.org), a San Diego based active duty military transition organization supporting the Navy Seal and Special Operations Forces (SOF)community. Miguel has authored multiple books, “Success Leaves Clues”, “So, What Do You Do”, and “Let Your Emotional Intelligence Do The Talking!” are in release through Amazon: His most recent release is a compilation book, Build To Grow: 14 Thought Leaders Deliver Engagement Strategies For The C-Suite.
Miguel joined the FoundersLive San Diego organization because he has found that while there are many with the entrepreneurial “bug” there are an equal amount of people and startups that need help with things like ideation, creating an MVP, generation their first dollar of income, growing and scaling their business, leadership and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). One of his passions is serving, helping and teaching those who ask for and need guidance, coaching, consulting and mentorship along their entrepreneurial journey. That is why he has chosen to help represent FoundersLive in Southern California and specifically San Diego County.

Being a founder and business owner herself, she understands the importance of networking in powerful community for leading startups, experts, entrepreneurs, mentors and investors. She has chosen to join the leadership team to represent the Founders Live in San Diego, because one of her passions is to inspire & mentor results-oriented entrepreneurs in turning their challenges, fears, into growth and triumph. She hopes to inspire many to grow their business into multiple 6 & 7 Figure Revenue Source and Design the Life On their Own Terms, by doing what they love with integrity and authenticity.
